G A T H E R : A Social Dining Experience

Cosy up to the table on September 21st for a celebration of fall, family, and friends on the original grounds of the Kilby’s 1906 general store. This outdoor dining experience features a seasonally focused buffet prepared by Chef Dominique Mounigan, live music by Lori Walker, and a silent auction!

ON THE MENU

CHARCUTERIE: Assortment of cured meats, artisan cheeses, and seasonal fruit.

BREADS: Freshly baked dinner rolls and focaccia

SALADS

Caprese Salad: Local tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic reduction.

Green Salad: Local greens, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese, dried cranberries, seeds, dressed with house made raspberry vinaigrette.

Potato Salad: Local potatoes, sweet potato, egg, celery, fennel, red onion, mayonnaise, grainy mustard, and fresh dill.

VEGETABLES: Honey glazed carrots, Fraser Valley corn on the cob, and mashed potatoes and gravy

BBQ: Grilled Salmon with fresh fruit salsa, baby back ribs, grilled herbed chicken.

$95/person (Includes 20% gratuity & GST)

Gates open at 5:00PM. Dinner starts at 6:00PM.

 All proceeds directly support the continued operation of the Kilby Historic Site.

Gather will take place outdoors at the Kilby Historic Site. Pathways are gravel/grassy. Dining areas will be covered. Please plan accordingly (you may want to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a throw blanket if it gets cool, etc.). The Historic Site will be closed.
