The most interesting part of my visit is actual unsold merchandise in the now historic general store. There is a curious room dedicated to Sasquatch (Bigfoot) and some plaster impressions made of its “footprints.”

It’s a very family friendly place with a petting farm on site. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and in period dress. Admission is reasonable and worth the day trip. read less

The displayed artifacts within the general store were really amazing and our kids really enjoyed when the guide showed them old tin toys kids used to play with. The museum structure really feels like time stood still. It was a nice way to spend a couple hours and learn a little piece of bc history. read less
