SUMMARY:G A T H E R :  A Social Dining Experience
DESCRIPTION:Cosy up to the table on September 21st for a celebration of fall\, family\, and friends on the original grounds of the Kilby’s 1906 general store. This outdoor dining experience features a seasonally focused buffet prepared by Chef Dominique Mounigan\, live music by Lori Walker\, and a silent auction! \nTickets can be purchased here. \n  \nON THE MENU \nCHARCUTERIE: Assortment of cured meats\, artisan cheeses\, and seasonal fruit. \nBREADS: Freshly baked dinner rolls and focaccia \nSALADS \nCaprese Salad: Local tomatoes\, fresh mozzarella\, basil\, balsamic reduction. \nGreen Salad: Local greens\, tomato\, cucumber\, feta cheese\, dried cranberries\, seeds\, dressed with house made raspberry vinaigrette. \nPotato Salad: Local potatoes\, sweet potato\, egg\, celery\, fennel\, red onion\, mayonnaise\, grainy mustard\, and fresh dill. \nVEGETABLES: Honey glazed carrots\, Fraser Valley corn on the cob\, and mashed potatoes and gravy \nBBQ: Grilled Salmon with fresh fruit salsa\, baby back ribs\, grilled herbed chicken. \n$95/person (Includes 20% gratuity & GST) \nGates open at 5:00PM. Dinner starts at 6:00PM. \n All proceeds directly support the continued operation of the Kilby Historic Site. \n  \nDietary requirements can be accommodated by special request. Contact Kelly at cafe@kilby.ca \nGather will take place outdoors at the Kilby Historic Site. Pathways are gravel/grassy. Dining areas will be covered. Please plan accordingly (you may want to bring sunglasses\, sunscreen\, a throw blanket if it gets cool\, etc.). The Historic Site will be closed.
