Kilby Halloween Event

October 29, 2022 @ 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

One event on October 30, 2022 at 11:00 am

We are hoping to minimize your time in the rain and cold this Halloween! Trick-or-treating will take place at various stations across the historic site (but mostly inside). Join us for Dracula Bite in the Orchard shed, try your hand at fortune telling, and listen to a spooky story under the general store!

It’s the spookiest time of year! The Kilby Historic Site will transform into a family-friendly, “slight-fright” event. Wear your Halloween costume, bring a treat bag, and trick-or-treat at numerous historic buildings. While you are here don’t forget to walkthrough our graveyard, listen to a ghost story under the general store*—and for those brave enough—explore “Death Becomes Them: Edwardian Mourning Customs” in the upstairs of the museum.
